IC-2011 is an environmental non-phosphate metal pre-treatment solution. This product is a new metal pre-treatment solution with easy operation and excellent comprehensive performance. It is based on the current development trend of phosphating liquid, and similar technology products at home and abroad.

2. Application:

IC-2011 applies to the surface pretreatment of iron and steel, galvanized steel, zinc and zinc alloys and aluminum and aluminum alloys, enhance the coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, and can be matched with various types of paint.

IC-2011 Applied spraying or immersion treatment process at room temperature, and needed to wash by pure water.

1. General recommendations: IC-2011 should be stored in the fluoride-resistant hard PVC or PP plastic.

2. The tank of IC-2011 can use hard PVC (without emulsifier) or stainless steel 304. Or steel tank lined fluoride-resistant plastic.

3. IC-2011 contains fluorine compounds, so be sure wearing appropriate safety glasses, rubber gloves and chemical pollution-resistant protective clothing before working.
