    1. IC-2001-1 zinc phosphate Tank liquid preparation (1 ton)

    a. Tank reagent:  IC-2001-1A zinc-series phosphate coating agent

                   IC-2001-1B zinc-series phosphate coating agent

                   NT-125 neutralizer

                   AC-1301 accelerator

    b. First, add water to tank with 50 % of the capacity of tank. Second, add NT-125 neutralizer of 4.5 to 5.0 kg. Third, add IC-2001-1A of 50 kg and stir evenly until flocculent precipitate was completely dissolved. Finally, adding margin water, and stir evenly. Confirm process indicators , heat to processing temperature. Before using, add AC-130 accelerator of 1.6 kg and stir evenly.      

    2. Tank liquid management

    Total acidity: 18 to 36

    Free acidity: 0.9 to 1.8

    Accelerator: 2.0 to 5.0

    Temperature: Dipping: 15 to 35 degrees 

    Spraying: 35 to 45 degrees

    Time:  Dipping:15 to 25 minutes  

               Spraying: 2 to 4 minutes

    Spraying pressure: 0.6 to 1.0 kg/cm2.
